The Learning Organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Execution and Relationship Management will be under the Learning Implementation Services team.  The main focus will be to execute operational & administrative activities necessary to achieve the Learning Strategy across International East operating according to global standards.  This is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.  Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.  Requires basic commercial awareness.  There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise.  Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.  Typically deals with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs.   Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.  Exercises wide degree of latitude and discretion. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables.  Provides advice and counsel related to Learning technology or operations.  Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and executes the end to end of the operative / administrative activities related to International East

  • Understands relevant business and HR priorities and opportunities for capability building, performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact within their cluster/product/function

  • Leads program execution activities regarding logistics (virtual/in person), communications, LMS operations and administration (course creation/enrollment/roster management), platform creation/edits, content testing, facilitation/speakers scheduling, vendor engagement, among others.

  • Influences Learning Org strategy and global program execution.

  • Advises on strategic tech, operational improvements, and complex learning issues.

  • Manages complex, high-impact issues, including regulatory topics and escalations; influences decisions and balances conflicting needs.

  • Partners with LAs on advanced training effectiveness strategies including creation of basic WBTs, handling LMS activities, communications, etc.

  • Manages strategic relationships, influences stakeholders on learning initiatives.

  • In partnership with Learning Advisors and Program Managers, provides management and consulting to Human Resource and business partners and proactively identifies and prioritizes the L&D opportunities to support successful business outcomes.

  • Helps develop and execute learning and development strategy for their cluster/product/function

  • Conducts the analysis of current versus future state gaps, identifies root causes, escalates as needed, determines the appropriate solution and how success should be measured

  • Helps to market, evaluate and communicate the impact of initiatives with HR / Business partners

  • Monitors and communicates progress with other learning colleagues as well as HR / Business partners and navigates any variation in expectations with them

  • Collaborates with colleagues across HR to provide integrated experience for cluster/product/function partners

  • In partnership with learning advisors, implements the strategy for consistently measuring the effectiveness of training (interprets KPIs/evaluation data for program optimization)

  • In partnership with Learning Advisor, supports complex local regulatory training.

  • Provides informal/formal team leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management, as applicable.

  • Stays abreast to latest external market trends and anticipates their impact on future capability requirements for their cluster/product/function

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Learning

  • Key capabilities for this role include consulting, applying adult learning theory, developing business acumen, facilitation, measuring success and impact of Learning strategy, and project management skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills

  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
