We are seeking a Finance Logistics & Procurement Analyst to join our Food Ingredients business based in Asturias, Spain (Hybrid).
In this highly visible global role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to our Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain organizations, helping drive informed business decisions through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights.
You will play a key role in understanding logistics and freight cost drivers, monitoring market dynamics, evaluating savings opportunities, and supporting productivity initiatives across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions, you will provide valuable insights that support operational excellence and financial performance.

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for global logistics and freight spend, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze logistics and transportation costs, identifying key drivers behind variances, market fluctuations, and operational changes.
- Monitor actual performance versus budget and forecast, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to management.
- Partner with Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate savings initiatives, productivity projects, and operational improvements.
- Validate and track savings projects across logistics categories, ensuring financial benefits are accurately measured and reported.
- Support senior business leaders with performance reporting, KPI analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Monitor trends within freight and transportation markets, translating external developments into business impact assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive continuous improvement, financial transparency, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives and process optimization efforts across the Procurement and Supply Chain organization.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, or Logistics Finance.
- Strong experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics environments.
- Proven ability to perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work within a global matrix organization.

- Experience supporting freight, transportation, logistics, or global supply chain operations.
- Experience in financial analysis and financial control in a manufacturing environment with complex logistics processes.
- Power BI or other data visualization expertise.
- Knowledge of procurement savings methodologies and cost optimization programs.
- Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
