Description

We are seeking a dedicated Scientist with strong laboratory testing experience to support a broad range of immunology and protein diagnostics assays. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex laboratory testing, result interpretation, quality review, and troubleshooting across multiple analytical platforms.

These are our key testing areas:

  • Protein Electrophoresis (EP) and Immunofixation (IFE)
  • Hydrashift testing
  • Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA) including ANA and tissue-based assays
  • ELISA testing & Immunoassay systems

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform and document laboratory testing and analytical procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze data, identify unusual results, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with CAPA investigations, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, buffers, equipment calibration, and maintenance records.
  • Serve as a technical resource to laboratory staff and provide team support when required.
  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing for laboratory personnel.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory, housekeeping, and compliance with safety, quality, and 6S standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate results in a timely manner.
  • Participate in laboratory projects, method development, and continuous learning activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological or clinical laboratory science related
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment
  • Ability to multi task and manage multiple testing activities concurrently
  • Prioritize workload effectively, and consistently meet turnaround time requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with colleagues
  • Ideally 2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates can be considered for junior position
