Job Summary
We are looking for a Software Engineer, with 3 to 5 years of experience, to join our dynamic and global team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our cross-platform mobile healthcare applications delivered on AWS and Azure. You will be responsible for building features, implementing offline-first capabilities, and delivering production-quality mobile experiences — ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Mobile Development
Develop and deliver cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI targeting iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
Implement offline-first architecture with local data persistence and background sync for use in environments with unreliable connectivity.
Build platform-specific implementations where needed (audio, biometrics, camera, push notifications) and handle platform differences across iOS and Android.
Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure code quality and stability across platforms.
Optimize app performance — startup time, memory usage, battery consumption, and rendering.
Backend Integration
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs built on C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
Implement authentication flows (OAuth/SSO, JWT) and secure data handling.
Handle API communication patterns including error handling, retry policies, and offline queuing.
Contribute to shared .NET libraries consumed across mobile and backend projects.
Required Skills
3-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
Strong experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms for cross-platform mobile development.
Solid proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem.
Experience with MVVM pattern, data binding, commands, dependency injection, and navigation patterns.
Experience with offline-first architecture and local data storage (SQLite, Couchbase Lite, or similar).
Understanding of platform-specific development — writing code that targets iOS or Android specifically (e.g., audio, biometrics, push notifications).
Experience with REST API integration — HttpClient, authentication tokens, error handling.
Familiarity with App Store / Play Store deployment processes (code signing, provisioning profiles).
Experience with CommunityToolkit.Mvvm or similar MVVM frameworks.
Solid problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to collaborate with India engineering team and US-based mobile architects across time zones.
Ownership mindset — take responsibility from development through production deployment and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile environments — code reviews, sprint planning, CI/CD for mobile builds.
Git-based workflow — pull requests, branching strategies, code review
