Facility: Dell Children's Medical Center
Department/Specialty: Orthopedic Services Admin
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
How you'll make an impact in this role
- Drive Continuous Readiness: Coordinate workflow, quality, and risk management activities to ensure constant compliance with The Joint Commission and patient safety standards.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to resolve operational problems, optimize cost containment, and launch new service lines.
- Transform Data into Insights: Analyze data from diverse sources to develop high-level quality and financial reports for executive service lines.
- Spearhead Safety Initiatives: Support and execute strategic risk-reduction programs to elevate clinical quality and patient outcomes.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Bachelors or Masters in Nursing or Public Health
- Pediatric Med Surg, Surgical, and/or Orthopedic experience preferred
- Basic data analytic skills and regulatory experience
