About the Team
We are the engine behind the Workday Paradox sales motion. Our Demand Generation team isn't just "running campaigns"; we are a high-performance team dedicated to crushing pipeline targets and scaling ACV. We operate with a "test and learn" obsession, treating every campaign as an experiment and every win as a blueprint for the next. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your impact is measured in real-time revenue growth and market disruption, you'll fit right in!About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Growth Marketing Manager to support the operational backbone of our marketing organization. In this role, you will act as the bridge between marketing execution and business performance, translating campaign and funnel data into the insights, dashboards, and processes that let leadership make faster, better-informed decisions. You will partner closely with marketing, sales operations, and revenue leadership to bring structure, rigor, and measurement discipline to a fast-moving growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Measurement
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track the health of the growth funnel, from initial touchpoint to final conversion
Attribution Modeling: Assist in refining our attribution model to understand the true impact of all demand efforts (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO and Webinars) on revenue
Insight Synthesis: Conduct weekly "deep dives" into campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Quarterly Reporting: Provide a deep analysis at the end of each quarter on marketing metrics across demand gen, product marketing, enablement, and events
Multi Data Splits: Pull data and build visual reporting on different subsets of marketing data, including products, industries, size segments, regions, business types, and more
Cross Functional Collaboration
Operational Partnership: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Systems, and Enablement teams to support operational initiatives and shared reporting needs
Documentation & Alignment: Participate in translating business needs into documentation used by cross-functional teams to align systems, processes, and enablement resources
Process Implementation: Help implement and maintain policies and workflows related to lead routing, campaign operations, and data governance
Build Actionable Dashboards: Develop and maintain scalable CRM reports and dashboards that give sales leadership real-time visibility into conversion trends, sales velocity, and historical drop-off points
Drive Process Improvement: Translate pipeline data and drop-off analysis into actionable recommendations, partnering with sales leadership to streamline the buyer's journey and shorten sales cycles
Sales Operations
Track and report on conversion metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on stage-to-stage conversion rates to evaluate the overall health, velocity, and predictability of the sales pipeline
Optimize Stage 0 (S0) performance: Conduct deep-dive analyses on S0 leads and early-stage opportunities to assess lead quality, qualification rigor, and top-of-funnel pipeline generation
Manage opportunity progression: Monitor how deals move through the sales funnel, enforcing stage-gate compliance and ensuring sales teams adhere to defined entry and exit criteria for each stage
Identify sales cycle bottlenecks: Pinpoint friction points and areas of high drop-off within the sales cycle, proactively diagnosing root causes (e.g., pricing, competition, process) to improve overall win rates
About You
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
