This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. We are looking for a Project and Program Consultant responsible for managing projects and programs to meet defined objectives.
Role accountabilities:
Deliver distinct elements of projects or contribute significantly to project/program delivery. Provide deeper technical knowledge and independent judgement in supporting project management processes, reporting, and compliance.
Key Accountabilities
ACC Administration & Document Control
- Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and maintain project Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Configure project folder structures, permissions, workflows, metadata, transmittals, and document numbering standards.
- Configure and manage ACC modules including Autodesk Docs, Build, BIM Collaborate, Model Coordination, and Insight as applicable.
- Manage user onboarding, role-based access controls, company permissions, and security settings within ACC.
- Configure and maintain project templates, standards, metadata requirements, and reusable workflows across projects.
- Manage document lifecycle from creation, review, approval, publication, revision, and archiving.
Project Management Support
- Support Project Managers with project setup, governance, reporting, and project controls activities.
- Coordinate project documentation across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
- Monitor project deliverables and document submission schedules.
- Maintain action trackers, risks, issues, decisions, and project records.
- Support project closeout activities and handover documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain document control dashboards and project reporting.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on:
- Document status
- Review progress
- Workflow performance
- User activity
- Deliverable tracking
- Compliance metrics
- Support Power BI or ACC Insight reporting initiatives.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting solutions using ACC Insight, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Monitor user adoption, workflow efficiency, and information management KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact between project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors regarding project documentation.
- Facilitate communication regarding document submissions, reviews, approvals, and workflow status.
- Provide ACC user support, guidance, and training.
- Coordinate with project administrators and technical teams to resolve system or workflow issues.
Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement improvements to information management processes.
- Standardize workflows, templates, document registers, and governance practices.
- Support digital delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation and standardisation of ACC governance frameworks, information management standards, and best practices across projects.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures, governance requirements, and ISO 19650 principles.
- Maintain version control, audit trails, and document registers.
- Perform quality checks on project documentation prior to issue and publication.
- Support implementation of review and approval workflows within ACC.
- Act as ACC Project Administrator responsible for project setup, user management, permissions, workflow configuration, templates, standards, and governance across multiple projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.), master’s degree an advantage.
- 5+ years of document control experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, data center, or industrial projects.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Autodesk Construction Cloud experience.
- Experience administering ACC project environments, including project setup, permissions management, workflow configuration, reporting, and governance.
- Experience supporting Project Managers and PMO functions.
- Experience with multidisciplinary and international project teams.
- Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, BIM 360, ACC, and project management tools.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong English skills.
