Connected Logistics is seeking a Life Cycle Management personnel provide Life Cycle Logistics support to PM DoD Biometrics Project Management, Operations, and Systems Engineering Support (PMOSE) program. These personnel shall provide support to planning, coordination, and facilitation of in-progress reviews and working groups/events/activities in support of the PM DoD Biometrics mission.
Key Responsibilities:
The Life Cycle Manager shall be directly involved in leading, contributing to, or analyzing plans for the Product Support Manager. The Life Cycle Manager shall be responsible for the development, drafting, and final production of items listed below, including but not limited to:
- Support development and production of whole logistics lifecycle within the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan.
- Level of Repair Analysis and Source of Repair Analysis.
- Logistics Demonstration planning and execution.
- Product Support Package development.
- Technical Manual development and finalization.
- Equipment Standardization.
- Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding and applicable Contract Data Requirements List reviews.
- Property accountability for Government-furnished equipment (GFE), installation property, and programmatic property.
- Use the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), ELMS, and Global Combat Support System–Army (GCSS-A) to maintain property records and support lifecycle-management activities.
- Account for and inventory property; conduct property turn-ins, transfers, shipments, receipts, issue transactions, and related property-disposition actions.
- Maintain APSR system updates and support development and execution of the Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plan.
- Develop fielding plans, lead Facility Impact Reviews, and provide logistical input to acquisition plans and documentation.
Requirements
- Must Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or five (5) additional years of relevant experience.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in DoD systems acquisition.
- Experience in Integrated Logistics Support and System Lifecycle Support areas of DoD application.
- Experience planning supply support, technical logistical data, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the logistical impact of fielding, training, sustaining, and sunsetting software.
- Ability to develop logistics strategies that minimize user impact.
- Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or with interagency biometrics stakeholders is preferred.
- DAWIA Advanced Level Certification in Lifecycle Logistics is preferred.

$110,000.00 USD. This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
