POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing Solve’s digital marketing initiatives through channels, such as: marketing automation, email marketing, CRM management, and digital advertising. This role serves as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot, ensuring the efficient management of marketing data, automated workflows, email campaigns and lead nurturing programs. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, data-driven marketing professional with hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and paid digital ad campaigns. Working closely with the eCommerce and Product Management teams, the Digital Marketing Specialist will leverage technology, analytics and best practices to improve lead conversion, customer engagement and overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate will stay current with evolving digital marketing and industry trends, marketing technology innovations and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness and platform utilization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage HubSpot configurations, user support, data integrity and ongoing optimization
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to support customer engagement, lead generation, and retention initiatives
- Manage and maintain marketing and customer data within HubSpot and connected CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of records
- Create, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows, including trigger-based email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and customer journey communications
- Build, manage, and optimize online forms, landing pages, and conversion paths to improve lead capture and conversion rates
- Plan, launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid digital channels, and subsequently monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with eCommerce and Product Management teams to support product launches, promotions, customer communications, and digital marketing initiatives
- Support demand generation programs through campaign execution, lead routing, segmentation, audience targeting, and reporting
- Assist with the integration and alignment of marketing automation and CRM systems to support sales and marketing objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (with a focus on marketing automation, campaign execution, CRM management and/or digital advertising)
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Proficiency utilizing LinkedIn for business marketing, audience targeting, engagement and prospecting activities
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot highly preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Working knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- B2B marketing experience
