Base salary will be in the range $140,766.62 - $148,862.37 + 17% super (HEW Level 9)

About This Opportunity
Executive Education is seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Senior Manager, Partnerships & Engagement to drive business development and grow a sustainable partnership pipeline across industry, government and community sectors.
Reporting to the Deputy Director (Strategy & Operations), this important leadership role will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing and nurturing high-value partnerships, and translating organisational capability needs into impactful executive education solutions.
Working closely with the Director of Executive Education and key stakeholders across the University, you will help shape the future growth of Executive Education through strategic partnerships, commercially sustainable solutions, and alignment with broader university partnership priorities

About You
A proven business development and partnership professional, you combine strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Your experience includes developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and delivering tangible outcomes in complex environments. Whether your background is in executive education, consulting, professional services, training, or another sector focused on selling high-value advisory or capability solutions, you bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a track record of converting opportunities into sustainable business outcomes. Experience preparing proposals and tenders, managing budgets and pricing, and working with CRM systems will be highly regarded.
