How you'll make an impact

• Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial clients across Wexford and the surrounding region.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each client's business, challenges and future ambitions.
• Provide tailored insurance and risk management advice that helps clients make informed decisions.
• Work with insurers to secure competitive terms and appropriate cover for your clients.
• Manage renewals and retention activity while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and relationship-building within the local market.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Gallagher to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments and regulatory requirements.

About you

• Experience working as a Commercial Account Executive, Account Manager or Business Development professional within the insurance sector.
• A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the Irish insurance market.
• CIP qualification, with a commitment to continuing professional development.
• Confidence in developing new business and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A client-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture.
