Job Summary
The Analytics & Insights Leader EurAsia is responsible for turning complex data into actionable insight that supports commercial strategy, business performance, and decision-making. This role leads the design and delivery of analytics solutions, predictive models, dashboards, and strategic analyses that help commercial leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. The role also supports broader access to insights in a clear, consistent, and business-relevant way.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the analytics and insights strategy aligned to commercial priorities.
- Develop predictive and descriptive analytics capabilities, including segmentation, churn analysis, market opportunity analysis, and lifetime value insights.
- Design and maintain standardized dashboards, reporting packs, and performance views for leadership and business users.
- Lead ad hoc and strategic analyses on pricing, customer behavior, competition, product adoption, and commercial trends.
- Translate data into clear, concise business recommendations for leadership stakeholders.
- Enable self-service access to insights where appropriate, while maintaining data consistency and credibility.
- Partner with business teams to identify high-value questions and insight opportunities.
- Support a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the commercial organization.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in analytics, business, economics, statistics, or related field.
- Significant experience in analytics, business intelligence, commercial analysis, or insights leadership.
- Proven ability to build analytics solutions and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with dashboarding, reporting, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics tools preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers and decision support processes.
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organization preferred.

Working Relationships
- Reports to: VP for Business Operations, EurAsia Enablers
- Key internal relationships include commercial leadership, Business Operations leadership, Finance, IT, data teams, and regional or market stakeholders.
- Partners closely with performance management, data management, and commercial teams to ensure insight relevance and consistency.
- May work with external analytics or data platform partners as needed.
