We are currently searching for one Assistant Community Director to join our team in Harrisburg. This position will assist with oversight for management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the area. Occasional travel in the immediate area will be required. Role and Responsibilities:
- Assists with operation of multiple apartment communities.
- Coordinates lease renewals and resident retention planning.
- Manages property delinquency, including appearing in court proceedings.
- Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
- Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
- Travel is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
