- This is a fully remote role for candidates residing in our four state footprint. MO, IL, OK and WI. Candidates in the St. Louis area may work a hybrid schedule if preferred.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
Assists with the day-to-day administration of the employee benefit programs such as life insurance, health care coverage, disability, retirement and other related programs. May specialize in one area within employee benefits.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recommends changes to benefits based on feedback received from employees and other data.
- Coordinates the delivery of benefits and fund transfers with benefit vendors.
- Supports the HR Business Partners with communication and other administrative support for benefit programs.
- Participates in the development of employee benefits policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
