Job Summary
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Support tax compliance activities across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate and timely execution
- Assist with the preparation of all aspects of the consolidated income tax provision and related work papers, including disclosures for financial reporting
- Coordinate collection and review of quarterly and annual foreign tax packages
- Maintain tax administration processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
- Support tax audits, advisory projects, and interactions with external tax advisors and tax authorities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of technology solutions within the tax function
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of accounting flows tax frame works to support the process
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries
- Support strategic tax and M&A-related projects as required.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or Economics
- 3 - 5-years of experience in tax, accounting or a corporate tax environment
- Experience with international tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Good understanding of European and international tax regulations
- Strong tax accounting knowledge and analytical skills
- Experience working with SAP
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, any other European language is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, for reporting and data analysis
