Department Overview

The Supply Chain Center in Krakow is part of Motorola Solutions' (MSI) global network. The department is represented by a dynamic team of almost 300 people. We constantly grow and put a strong focus on development - both organizational and individual. Within the department structure we dynamically develop world-class Demand & Supply Planning, Order Management, Order Scheduling, Delivery, Logistics, Repair Operations, Customer Master Data Management and Business Operations, which makes us the Center of Excellence for MSI globally. Supply Chain is responsible for maximizing the efficiency and productivity of the operations, and plays a crucial role in supporting the sales process through proper forecasting, order management, securing material availability, shipping, and delivery to our customers.Our purpose is to deliver exceptional value and customer experience through agility, speed, and collaboration. Job Description

• Complete order management / order cycle for all internal and external customers by performing various activities:

  • Order entry, change order process

  • Hold management in close cooperation with: finance, credit, export control, product  groups, PM’s, sales etc.

  • Managing the most complex and non-standard cases

• Coordination of orders with other Supply Chain departments

• Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate

• Handling customer complaints

• Providing Sales support with regards to order management, customer queries

• Participating in monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads and are critical to corporate financial performance

• Providing training for intermediate processes when needed

• Acting as a strong back-up to support all functions including point of contact in lead’s absence

• Taking part in business continuity coverage and PSE support if necessary.

Basic Requirements

• Excellent Business English and communication skills

• Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction

• Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker

• Identifying process and knowledge gaps

• Experience with working under time pressure / tight deadlines

• Proactive offering mentoring and support to junior peers and new hires

• Continuous learning mindset

• Team player attitude is a must
