We’re looking for a Senior Project Analyst to join our Lending Operations Centre of Excellence. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep residential credit assessment expertise with strong project delivery and change management capability. You’ll lead operational improvement initiatives, support the delivery of key business changes, and act as a critical link between Lending Operations, Retail and technology teams to ensure solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and embedded. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, enhancing processes, and supporting operational excellence across the function.
This is a permanent role that can be based in Sydney or Wyong.
What you’ll do
- Lead projects focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business change initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective, sustainable solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between Lending Operations, Retail and Technology teams to support successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual workarounds, and improve efficiency.
- Support testing, implementation, and change activities to ensure new solutions meet business needs.
- Embed change effectively by supporting operation officers, credit assessors and/or stakeholders through process and system updates.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years residential credit assessment experience
- Strong residential credit assessment experience and a deep understanding of mortgage lending operations.
- Knowledge of Residential Assessment & PCM processes and systems.
- Thorough knowledge of underwriting policies, guidelines, and policy interpretation.
- Demonstrated project delivery and change management experience within a complex environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working across business and technology teams.
