This role will provide dedicated project control discipline across the Property portfolio, including Workplace Project, interim workspace requirements, relocation activities. The role will support governance, reporting, documentation, financial administration and delivery transparency.
Maintains schedules, milestones, RAID logs, actions and dependencies; produces executive reporting and dashboards; supports change control, governance forums and meeting management; manages documentation, invoicing and project administration; improves auditability, financial governance and delivery visibility.
Essential capabilities
- Strong project coordination, PMO or project controls capability
- Ability to maintain schedules, milestones, RAID logs, actions and dependency trackers
- Executive reporting, dashboard preparation and documentation control experience
- Financial administration, invoice tracking and procurement support capability
- Strong stakeholder coordination, written communication and meeting management skills
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail
Other capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams
- Experience with project management tools, trackers, document repositories and reporting templates
- Familiarity with governance forums, change control, audit readiness and contract administration
- Comfortable preparing concise updates for senior stakeholders
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project controls, business operations or portfolio administration
- Experience supporting construction, workplace, facilities, technology, infrastructure or transformation projects preferred
- Experience working with cross functional stakeholders and external vendors preferred
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering, project management, commerce or related discipline
- Project management, PMO or agile certification preferred
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting capability preferred
