Machine Operator

Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating industrial machinery, working in a manufacturing environment, and identifying and resolving basic machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up, adjust, and make minor machine changes as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and production standards are met.
• Troubleshoot basic machine problems and perform minor adjustments.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical or production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and company guidelines.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of machine operation, controls, settings, and basic equipment functions.
• Experience with machine setup, changeovers, measurements, and quality checks is an asset.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and following safety procedures.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery quickly.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
