Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on managing mid-to-large market Habitational/Real Estate accounts. As a key liaison between clients and senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving business growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $150,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large market Habitational/Real Estate accounts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to quote new and renewal business.
- Oversee the day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy reviews, endorsements, and renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients to meet their insurance needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on Habitational/Real Estate accounts preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (specific platforms will be discussed during the interview process).
