What Drives Success

Under general direction, performs maintenance and janitorial duties in office, manufacturing and rest areas, maintaining premises in a clean and orderly manner.

• Operates commonly used types of power cleaning and polishing equipment.
• Performs janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping and waxing floors; dusting and polishing woodwork, fixtures and equipment; washing windows, walls and lavatory facilities.
• May perform minor preventative maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery equipment and systems such as lubrication, cleaning, filter change and the like.
• Assists in the movement and relocation of furniture, equipment and machinery as required.
• May handle transporation of materials between departments and trash compactor, including cardboard and pallets.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Knows how to use common types of power cleaning and polishing equipment. Able to read and follow instructions. Able to work under limited supervision.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $ 23.35/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
