Description
The City of Pasadena has partnered with Koff & Associates to invite qualified candidates to apply for the position of Capital Projects Manager (Water Facilities) within the Water and Power Department.
The Capital Projects Manager oversees the delivery of major water facility capital improvement projects, including the planning, construction, and completion of critical infrastructure such as groundwater wells, booster stations, reservoirs, treatment facilities, and other essential water system assets. This position provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating with consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and City staff to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in support of the City's long-term water infrastructure goals.
