Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and corporate policies.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, and reporting packages to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis and insights for management reporting.
• Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and facilitate reconciliation between US GAAP and local GAAP requirements.
• Collaborate with Global Business Services teams to ensure consistency in processes.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation, responding to audit inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of audits.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, risk management requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) frameworks.
• Support tax compliance activities, tax audits, regulatory reviews, and government inspections by providing financial analysis and required documentation.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, auditing, or related finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local accounting standards, statutory reporting requirements, taxation, and financial controls.
• Practical experience in financial close activities within multinational or complex business environments.
• Strong understanding of SOX, internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
