Role Overview  

Coupang’s TW Logistics Operation Center plays a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth in Taiwan by establishing world-class logistics infrastructure and operational capabilities. As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will lead strategic, high-impact cross-functional programs to improve performance, scalability, and reliability across our Taiwan logistics operations. You will also function as a key strategic partner, translating complex operational challenges into structured execution plans while championing Coupang’s leadership principles and customer-centric culture.

 

  

What You Will Do 

• Lead strategic and cross-functional programs that improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of logistics operations in Taiwan.

• Define program objectives, priorities, success metrics, and execution plans in partnership with key stakeholders.

• Translate complex business and operational challenges into structured workstreams with clear ownership, milestones, and expected outcomes.

• Partner with operations, product, technology, finance, and other teams to align priorities and drive effective program execution.

• Monitor program performance, identify risks and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress.

• Use operational data and business insights to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making.

• Develop scalable processes and mechanisms that improve execution quality and support sustainable operational growth.

• Prepare clear program updates, business reviews, and recommendations for senior stakeholders and leadership.

• Provide guidance and structure across multiple initiatives while helping teams maintain accountability and execution discipline.

   

  

Basic Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, or strategic initiative execution

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution in fast-paced environments

• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable business insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership

• Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, highly ambiguous operational challenges

• Native or professional fluency in Traditional Chinese and English

  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in customer-facing logistics or last-mile logistics operations

• Deep domain knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain management, or distribution networks

• Hands-on experience collaborating with product, tech, and finance teams to scale operational infrastructure

• Proven ability to design scalable operational processes and mechanisms for long-term growth

• General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance, HR, technology, and e-commerce
