What you'll do...

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives and product specifications.
• Manage supplier relationships, including assessments, negotiations, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with retail teams, merchandise quality engineers, and global supply management to optimize sourcing solutions.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and projects, providing coaching and guidance to team members on best practices.
• Monitor factory capabilities and capacity through visits and data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Address pricing, quality, and production issues while mitigating risks and maintaining profitability.
• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging digital tools and industry knowledge.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management within complex supply chains.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective sourcing solutions while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Ability to assess supplier capabilities, conduct evaluations, and develop supplier matrices for assigned categories.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Knowledge of trade, political issues, and market dynamics impacting sourcing decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and data analytics to optimize procurement activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area and 3 years’ experience in sourcing OR 5 years’ experience in sourcing, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related areas.
Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country.
Project Management certification.
