In this executive-level site leadership role, you will define and execute the site-wide asset reliability strategy, spearhead long-term capital investments, and champion operational excellence across the entire facility.

Leading a dedicated team of 35 maintenance technicians, supervisors, and facility specialists, you will architect and deliver a comprehensive 5-Year Equipment & Infrastructure Roadmap designed to enhance equipment availability, advance smart manufacturing capabilities, and support our rapid manufacturing expansion safely and sustainably.

What You Will Do

As Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you will lead the strategic integration of equipment reliability, site infrastructure, and total productive maintenance across our Pueblo facility.

Strategic Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a 35-person multidisciplinary team across maintenance operations, electrical, mechanical, and facilities services.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, proactive safety (EHS), continuous learning, and team engagement across all production shifts.
  • Partner collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Lean, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure seamless daily takt attainment and operational resilience.

Asset Reliability & Maintenance Operations

  • Drive site-wide asset care strategies, balancing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to eliminate systemic equipment downtime.
  • Lead deep-dive root-cause problem solving (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) to resolve chronic maintenance problems
  • Maximize the utilization and data fidelity of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

Long-Range Capital Planning & Modernization

  • Architect, budget, and execute a forward-looking 5-Year Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Plan for equipment lifecycle upgrades, facility expansion, and automation integration.
  • Lead capital and construction projects from conception through commissioning—overseeing scope definition, contractor bidding, milestone execution, and budget governance.

Facilities, Site Infrastructure & Vendor Management

  • Direct total facility upkeep across manufacturing lines, engineering areas, offices, and grounds to maintain a pristine, world-class operating environment.
  • Oversee strategic vendor partnerships, holding third-party service providers accountable for performance, safety, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)—including local janitorial, cafeteria/food services, and site amenities.
  • Manage site-level MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and production supply vendor contracts, streamlining procurement pipelines and spare-parts availability.

Continuous Improvement & Productivity

  • Identify and champion high-impact productivity initiatives, driving year-over-year cost reduction, energy savings, and operational efficiencies.
  • Embed Lean manufacturing principles, 5S standards, and autonomous maintenance practices directly into daily shop-floor cadences.
