MissionAt Hypatos, we develop a platform for building and delivering vertical AI Agents that automate document-heavy back-office workflows across core enterprise processes such as Purchase-toPay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). In large enterprises, business support teams still process huge volumes of transactions manually — from sales orders and contracts to invoices, payments, and order confirmations. Our AI Agents change that: they extract, classify, validate, and route transactions automatically and automate complex business decisions, reducing the need for manual intervention in mission-critical workflows. 
We are looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our product team and help shape the evolution of our AI Agent Studio — the core environment where enterprise users build, configure, review, operate and talk to AI Agents through our AI Agent Builder and Human-in the-Loop (HITL) interfaces. 
This is a hands-on product role at the intersection of enterprise workflows, AI agents, and user experience. You will help shape products that redefine how enterprise teams use AI — not as aside feature, but as the core of the product experience. As part of the Product team, you will take ownership of initiatives within the AI Agent Studio, working closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, AI, Design, and Go-to-Market teams. You will translate product strategy, customer needs, and technical opportunities into well-specified, well-executed product increments — from discovery and specification to delivery and adoption.
Responsibilities

• Drive product initiatives within the AI Agent Studio: Own selected areas across the AI Agent Builder and HITL interfaces, helping shape how enterprise users build, operate, and scale AI Agents. 
• Translate user and business needs into product capabilities: Understand how customers configure agents for different transaction types, how reviewers work in the HITL interface, and what business teams need to trust AI automation in mission-critical workflows. Turn these insights into clear product decisions.
• Manage product execution end-to-end: Define requirements, write specs and user stories, use AI to build product designs, manage the backlog, and drive delivery in close collaboration with Engineering and Customer Success, and Delivery teams.
• Work hands-on with customers and stakeholders: Gather feedback, analyze usage, validate assumptions, and feed learnings back into the product continuously.
• Support adoption and enablement: Help bring new capabilities successfully to market by contributing to documentation, release communication, enablement, and internal/external readiness

Dein Profil

• Background & Experience: Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership for B2B software. You have shipped features end-to-end in an agile environment.
• Product & Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of modern software product development practices. Familiarity with AI or LLM-powered products is a strong plus; curiosity and ability to learn technical concepts quickly are essential.
• User-Centric Mindset & Execution: You think in workflows and usability, drive topics forward proactively, and are highly organized when managing multiple initiatives at once.
• Collaboration & Communication: You communicate clearly across Engineering, AI, Design, Delivery, and Go-To-Market teams, and are comfortable working directly with customers to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
• Start up Mindset & Adaptability: You take ownership, learn fast, and are motivated by helping shape the next generation of enterprise AI products in a fast-moving environment
