Schedule:  Full-Time

Incentives:  CME $7000 and 5 CME days

Initial guaranteed 2 year salary

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join a full-time employed position within a new clinical practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

 

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality OB/GYN care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, blending clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach.

• Champion the landmark launch of the new Ascension Seton Women’s Hospital, actively contributing to the growth, clinical excellence, and culture of Austin’s premier destination for maternal care.

• Collaborate with an expert, multidisciplinary team—including physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff—to ensure seamless, efficient, and compassionate patient care journeys.

• Utilize cutting-edge surgical technology, including the DaVinci Robotics system during dedicated block time, to provide advanced, minimally invasive interventions and optimize patient recovery outcomes.

• Participate in a highly favorable 1:12 hospital call schedule to support the practice’s established patient community while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

 

About the Practice:

• Experienced team of 2 physicians, 2 NPs, 4 MAs, 2 RNs, 1 LVN, clinic manager, 2 Surgery Schedulers, 3 AOOs, 1 Sonography Tech
• Call structure: 1 in 12 hospital call for clinic patients
• Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient mix
• DaVinci Robotics surgery system with dedicated surgery time
• Serene, upscale clinic environment in the beautiful Hill Country corridor, paired with deliveries at Austin’s newest facility focused on women's health,  Ascension Seton Women's Hospital
• Employed physician with full support within a nonprofit Catholic health system

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
