HVAC Dispatcher

Description

Pro Solutions Air is seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team in Peoria, AZ.

The HVAC Service Dispatcher must maintain the technicians daily and on-call schedules, schedule return trips with customers when required parts or equipment are received, and maintain a customer database with up-to-date information. Must maintain clear and appropriate communication with managers, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received via phone call and home warranty portal.
• Create a dispatch ticket for all service calls.
• Respond to all messages/emails related to scheduling.
• Maintain the dispatch board/schedule.
• Forecast workload for 2 weeks out.
• Contact customers for scheduling when parts or equipment arrive.
• Follow up with customers on recommended work that wasn't approved onsite.
• Follow up with customers to get feedback on services after job is completed.
• Maintain the maintenance agreements, including scheduling, database information, customer hard files, and renewals.
• Update customer files as information is received.
• Type service contract proposals for new customers.
• Maintain an on-call schedule.
• Maintain customer history files in a database
• Input home warranty WO's & Schedule 
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• Salary + Commission

Requirements

 Qualifications and Skills

• Full Time Schedule Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
• After Hours on Call: Monday-Friday & Weekends (Compensated with After Hours pay) 
• ServiceTitan knowledge and experience (REQUIRED)
• Dispatching and scheduling experience 
• General office knowledge
• Customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Computer skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• HVAC related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in customer service and dispatching
