Description
Join our Global High-Net-Worth (GHNW) Distribution team to drive growth and deepen relationships with some of the most important international distributors in the market. This role sits at the center of our HNW business, managing key partner relationships, delivering a high-touch service model, and ensuring consistent execution across complex, cross-border cases and strategic accounts.
Position Responsibilities:
Build and manage senior relationships with leading global distributors and intermediaries, driving engagement and commercial outcomes.
Execute global account strategies and contribute to long-term growth plans for priority partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account management, including handling complex and time-sensitive escalations.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Underwriting, Operations) to progress cases and deliver solutions efficiently.
Maintain strong visibility on pipeline, case progress, and distributor activity, providing regular updates to leadership.
Identify opportunities to enhance distributor experience, improve processes, and strengthen overall sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years in financial services, with strong exposure to HNW/UHNW distribution or intermediary management
Proven track record in relationship management and business development
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex cases involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong language capability in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network within HNW intermediaries / international brokers.
Familiarity with cross-border case flows, compliance expectations, and multi-time-zone coverage.
Strong executive communication skills (written/verbal) and comfort presenting to leadership/distributor forums.
