Their streamlined tools enable users to automate the process of recording, analyzing, and collaboratively reviewing videos in a fast and easy way. Insights is currently used by a broad range of gamers, from the world’s top teams to day to day grinders in competitive PC titles including Valorant, League of Legends, Fortnite, Genshin Impact, etc. Launched in March of 2021, Insights has seen tremendous growth in a short period of time. With many opportunities to further develop the platform, the new lead UI/UX designer plays a critical role in impacting the growth of the company. Insights is looking for a game-loving, optimistic, collaborative team player who’s ready to deliver amazing results.    With office spaces in the heart of Downtown Vancouver (Waterfront), the Lead UI/UX designer has the option of working in office or from home. When at office, pets are not only welcomed, but highly encouraged. Health benefits included after probationary period.   Technical Requirement:Expert in FigmaExpert in Adobe PhotoshopExperience with CanvaExperience with WebflowDuties and Responsibilities:Work closely with development team and project manager to implement new features and promotional materials Design prototypes and UI/UX specifications to guide development team Join customer feedback meetings to further understand pain points and needs of end usersConsistently review user feedback channels to keep a pulse on existing platform limitationsParticipate in product reviews to approve features before release Maintain and update the design system to ensure consistent branding across multipleWhat you bring to the table:3-5 years industry experience in UI/UX designAcademic background in designEye for design and clean UI, proven familiarity with modern applicationsYou thrive in an environment that is team-based, fast-pace, and results drivenExcellent communications skills – both verbal and analytical At Insights, we love diversity.
