What We’re Looking For:
- Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation

Today, the shop is no more, but the feeling of excitement and wonder still exists on Royal Street today.
