Position: Financial Analyst - Wingspan Life ResourcesWingspan Life Resources is seeking a highly-skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities, Wingspan provides a wide range of services including residential care, employment opportunities, and social and recreational activities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvementCreating and maintaining financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processesProviding insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on financial dataPreparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholdersMonitoring and reviewing financial performance against budget and prior yearConducting cost-benefit analysis for potential projects and initiativesCollaborating with different departments to gather and analyze financial dataAssisting in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plansIdentifying and implementing process improvements to streamline financial operationsEnsuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of non-profit finance and accounting principles is a plusExperience with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP is preferredAt Wingspan Life Resources, we value diversity and believe that our employees reflect the diverse communities we serve.
