Urgent need for SEN capacity at various levels
Have ~2000 plans, Team of 2 seniors 8 case officer, 4 case work assistants and about 200 per workers
Recent resignation of leader of team, whilst they are arranging for perm replacement they need someone in the interim
Significant volume of complaints, tribunals
20 week issue rate not in a good place, down about 15 percent

High level of need across their schools, have 50 schools but a higher ratio of SEN children than other LA's
