Logan Health is looking for a Manager of Outpatient Services to oversee two high-volume Primary Care & Walk-In Clinics. In this role, you will direct and coordinate staff and activities to achieve exceptional care, superb service, and maximal productivity.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations for both clinic locations, ensuring all business functions and workflows are efficient, effective, and aligned with Logan Health policies.
Patient Experience & Quality: Champion a culture of immediate service recovery and transparency. Respond to patient concerns and drive initiatives to improve patient access, experience, and overall care quality.
Financial & Strategic Management: Provide input for the assigned area's budget, monitor statistical reporting, and manage variances. Work closely with the finance department to support accurate documentation and revenue cycle requests.
Team Development & Engagement: Foster a supportive culture through coaching, training, and individual motivation. Lead by example using Logan Health’s core values (integrity, compassion, service, excellence, and ownership) to improve retention and physician/staff engagement.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict compliance with safety, risk management, infection prevention, HIPAA, and all local, state, and federal regulatory practices (including HQAA accreditation standards).
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field (OR an equivalent combination of education/experience from which comparable knowledge can be acquired).
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare leadership highly preferred), demonstrating the ability to navigate difficult personalities and manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in a relevant healthcare setting, including a strong understanding of the healthcare environment, reform, and care delivery systems.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of government/reimbursement regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and the ability to research, interpret, and present comprehensive data reports.
Core Competencies: Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills, high emotional intelligence, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
