About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract through to October 2027, covering a parental leave period.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate recruiter who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves partnering with stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll manage a diverse portfolio across our national business, recruiting for both white and blue-collar roles while helping shape positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Based in our modern Head Office opposite Southern Cross Station, you'll enjoy hybrid working, collaborative spaces, with plenty of natural light, and a supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together.
What you'll be doing
As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll work closely with leaders across our business to attract and hire great talent. No two days are the same, with opportunities to recruit across a broad range of roles and business divisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational vacancies.
- Proactively sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, internal talent pools, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screening and assessing candidates to identify the best talent.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing pre-employment screening, including right-to-work checks, police checks, medicals, and reference checks.
- Preparing offers, employment contracts, and onboarding activities.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing market insights and recruitment advice.
About you
You're an experienced recruiter who loves building relationships and delivering results. You're resilient, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate care.
You'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within either a high-volume operational environment or corporate functions.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and other talent attraction tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility at all levels.
- A passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
