INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Independent research and target group-oriented gaining and editorial preparation of content for internal and external communication
• Development, implementation, control and results analysis of international communication campaigns/projects especially with focus on social projects (monitoring kpis)
• Continuous analysis and further development of existing communication channels with the aim of positioning the Berner Group in the best possible way both internally and externally
• Cross-channel storytelling

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support: crisis, change & strategy communications (ensuring ‘one voice’)
• Employer branding and social media exchange with external stakeholders (e.g. Journalists) and agency steering
• Creation of synergies between internal and external communication through close networking with all necessary interfaces
• Pro-actively work on further development of the communication strategy in a process-driven and group-wide connected team (close collaboration/best practice sharing)
• Advisor/consultant for internal experts/pillar managers and the subsidiaries in all communication and media related topics.
