- Help maintain a clear, defensible line of sight from budget decisions to strategic outcomes.
Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as an interface with enterprise stakeholders across the business to accelerate innovation delivery and remove organizational friction.
- Help translate CT Org strategic priorities into operating plans, milestones, and governance routines that keep cross-functional teams aligned.
Program & Operations Management
- Help continuously improve the operating rhythm of the CT Org: reporting, decision logs, risk registers, and executive communications.
Essential requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program/portfolio management, or chief-of-staff-type roles, ideally supporting a technology, R&D, or innovation function.
- Track record of driving governance and accountability across cross-functional, matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.
- Strong executive presence and judgment: able to filter and reframe operational detail into concise, decision-ready insight for senior leadership.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup-like environment nested inside a larger enterprise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience producing executive-level reporting and governance artifacts.
- Experience in industrial technology, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is a plus but not required for this operations-focused role.
