You will plan and lead transition and improvement projects from start to finish. This role matters because it keeps work moving, helps teams stay aligned, and supports better ways of working across regions and functions.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead projects from planning through close, with clear scope, timing, quality, and results.
- Build and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and success measures.
- Coordinate people across teams, countries, and levels to support alignment and timely decisions.
- Run project governance meetings, track commitments, and follow up on next steps.
- Share clear status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reports.
- Manage risks, issues, scope changes, and blockers early and effectively.
- Keep project documents accurate, current, and easy to use.
- Support change adoption through communication, training, and feedback.
- Work with operations, technology, quality, human resources, finance, process excellence, and internal client teams.
- Find ways to improve, simplify, standardize, and automate work.
About you
- 5+ years of project management or coordination experience.
- English at B2 to C1 level.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Planner, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Experience with Lean or other continuous improvement methods.
- Confidence working with risks, issues, and change.
- Good collaboration skills across different teams and locations.
- Familiarity with workflow, automation, reporting, or project tracking tools.
- A project management certification, such as Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar, is a plus.
