What is the role
As an Enterprise Applications & Automation Specialist, you will support and enhance New Era Technology's core business applications while driving AI-powered automation initiatives. This role combines enterprise application administration with hands-on automation development to improve efficiency, data quality, and business processes.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Enterprise Applications & Automation Specialist.
- Administer and support ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Manage application configuration, user access, system support, and documentation.
- Design and build workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive business processes.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Enterprise IT, Security, Data, and Architecture teams on automation initiatives.
- Support user training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
Work Set-up / Work Schedule
- Remote
- 8AM-5PM EST
Who we are looking for
Successful candidate must possess:
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PSA, or financial systems.
- Experience with ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and AI tools such as Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Azure AI, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.
- Experience in an MSP environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management practices.
- Experience with AI governance and enterprise automation initiatives
