Finance Trainee

(Part-time 30 hours/week, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

YOUR responsibilities as a Finance Trainee will include (but not limited to): As a Finance Trainee, you will support our Controlling Team in ensuring accurate reporting and helping the business make data-driven decisions.

• Support the Controlling team with a variety of daily financial and reporting activities
• Build and maintain databases used for financial reporting and analysis
• Update reporting applications by collecting and calculating financial data, including cost of goods and selling rates
• Maintain and update SAP master data
• Prepare and support daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Assist in analyzing business performance and financial results
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders
• Gather and consolidate information for budgeting activities
• Work closely with the Finance team on continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day operations

About You

We are looking for a Finance Trainee with the following profile:

• Ongoing university studies in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
• Active student status for at least one more year in Hungary
• Availability to work 30 hours per week
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
• Takes ownership and responsibility for their work
• Fluent English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
