What You'll Do
As a Manual Machinist / Fabricator, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality training equipment by:
- Producing components through manual machining operations, including shearing, drilling, deburring, and bench work
- Assembling products according to specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspecting and monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Troubleshooting and correcting defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Measuring, marking, cutting, and preparing materials for fabrication
- Fabricating jigs and fixtures as needed to support production
Welding Experience is a Plus
- Perform fit-up and tack welding operations
- Prepare material edges through beveling and cutting
- Clean, chip, and grind weldments before and after welding
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of machining experience, including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of welding and fabrication experience

Schedule
- Day shift only, Monday - Friday
- Start at 7:00 a.m. and finish at 3:30 p.m.
- No required overtime
