Your role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling the business to acquire goods, services, and intellectual property that support operational and customer needs. This role focuses on executing procurement and sourcing activities with precision, ensuring suppliers are selected, onboarded, and managed in line with business requirements, compliance standards, and measurable value outcomes. The work balances independent execution with close collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers, with clear ownership of defined procurement deliverables.

What you will do?

• Support end to end procurement and sourcing activities for assigned categories or requests

• Conduct supplier research, evaluation, and comparison to meet defined requirements and timelines

• Manage RFx activities including preparation, distribution, response analysis, and documentation

• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain required supplier records and audit trails

• Support contract development, review, and negotiation activities in alignment with policies

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with clear, documented guidance

• Track procurement activities and identify cost efficiency or value improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, finance, legal, and operations to complete sourcing outcomes

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience in procurement or sourcing roles

• Experience managing RFx processes including tenders or requests for purchase

• Proven experience supporting or conducting supplier negotiations

• Ability to evaluate supplier proposals using defined criteria and data

• Experience maintaining procurement documentation and audit readiness

• Ability to manage multiple procurement requests with clear prioritization

Preferred skills and experience (nice-to-have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Procurement experience related to commercial software or IT solutions

• Prior experience working with cross functional stakeholders outside procurement

• Experience supporting procurement activities in a global or multi country environment
