Job Description
- Prepare and oversee regulatory reports, management analytical packages, and ad-hoc analyses for regulatory, audit, and management inquiries
- Supervise daily monitoring of capital, leverage, and concentration risk with accountability for accuracy and completeness
- Develop, implement, and maintain controls and procedures to ensure regulatory reporting compliance and quality standards
- Assign work tasks, monitor team completion, and manage workload allocation to meet reporting deadlines
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify professional development opportunities for team members
- Review and validate all regulatory reports and analytical work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Escalate compliance concerns, risks, and deviations to management while maintaining audit documentation
