Job Description:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define clear product vision, positioning, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer insights.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, unmet needs, and differentiators.
Product Discovery & Problem Definition
Lead discovery activities—interviews, research, data analysis, experiments—to validate problems and hypotheses.
Translate insights into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Roadmapping & Prioritization
Prioritize backlog based on value, urgency, feasibility, cost, technical constraints, and strategic fit.
Align cross functional teams and stakeholders around priorities, trade offs, and release plans.
Delivery Leadership
Work daily with Engineering and Design/UI UX to refine requirements, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, review builds, ensure acceptance criteria are met, and drive release readiness.
Product Performance & Lifecycle Management
Define and track KPIs/OKRs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
Monitor product health, identify enhancements, manage iterations, and retire features when necessary.
Stakeholder & Cross Functional Alignment
Communicate strategy, roadmap, delivery progress, risks, and results to leadership and business partners.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Service to support go to market, onboarding, and operational readiness.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
Ensure product decisions adhere to internal governance, risk guidelines, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Perform impact assessments and maintain documentation required for audit and risk management.
Customer Experience & Quality
Champion user experience and ensure product design meets usability, accessibility, and quality standards.
Drive continuous customer feedback loops to guide improvements and innovation.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Design; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as Product Management (AIPMM/Pragmatic/PMA), Agile/Scrum, or Design Thinking are beneficial.
5–8+ years in product management, business analysis, digital product development, or related roles.
Proven track record launching and scaling digital products end‑to‑end in a data‑driven environment.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Operations, Marketing, Risk/Compliance).
Demonstrated ability to use discovery techniques, prototype testing, and analytics to shape product decisions.
