We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager, EMEIA to join the UPM Adhesive Materials locations in Poland.

In this role, you will lead the Planning team, drive planning excellence, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to optimize performance, manage risks, and support continuous improvement. What you will do?
Lead, develop, and coach the Planning team.
Drive optimization of production planning processes and resource utilization.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders.
Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
Monitor, analyse, and drive performance through planning-related KPIs.
Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who you are?
You have university degree and proven experience in leading and developing production planning teams.
You have a solid understanding of production planning processes, capacity management, and resource optimization.
You can identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and implement effective corrective actions.
You are experienced in monitoring, analyzing, and driving performance through planning-related KPIs.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can make decisions based on data and business priorities.
You enjoy working on cross-functional projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
You are a proactive leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing business needs.
You communicate effectively and confidently in English and Polish.
You have the curiosity and openness to learn and work with AI-powered tools.
You are willing to travel occasionally for business purposes.

This position is located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, Poland or Biskupice, Poland. This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration.
