Context
Lead Civil Engineer - Section 3
Missions/Main Duties
Site Lead Civil Engineer responsibilities including but not limited to: -
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
- Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards.
Profile/Skills
Site Lead Civil Engineer requirements should be including but not limited to: -
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.
- Management & Coordination Skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Teamwork cooperation & Leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and hard conditions.
- Availability to work at many places and smooth movement as per work requirement.
