Job title – Channel Manager APAC (Animal Nutrition)

Location – Across APAC Countries

The Channel Manager APAC is responsible for driving sales of the Vitamins and Carotenoids portfolio via direct sales and distributors across the APAC region. The role manages direct account and distributor relationships, ensures effective execution of the direct sales and distributor management strategy, and acts as the primary commercial and operational point of contact for distributors, including Solutions Company (SolCo)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales of the Vitamins and Carotenoids portfolio through assigned accounts and distributors in APAC
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts & distributors, building strong, long‑term relationships
  • Serve as the operational point of contact in APAC with SolCo as distributor, resolving day‑to‑day operational issues
  • Develops, implements, and executes the Distributor Management Strategy for assigned APAC territories
  • Leads commercial & technical discussions with direct accounts & distributors, including pricing, volume planning, and portfolio focus
  • Ensures consistent execution of the go‑to‑market strategy via distributor partners
  • Coordinates closely with supply chain, customer service, technical, and pricing teams to ensure service reliability
  • Monitors market dynamics, competitive activity, and distributor performance in the region
  • Identifies opportunities for growth, new distributors, or portfolio expansion within the territory
  • Ensures accurate forecasting, reporting

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in ingredients, nutrition, chemicals, or life sciences
  • Proven experience managing larger accounts and/or distributor-based sales models
  • Relevant working experience within the APAC region
  • Experience selling vitamins, carotenoids, or related nutritional ingredient commodities, technical understanding of the product portfolio and applications will be advantageous
  • Relevant experience in distributor management including strong understanding of the APAC market and its key players
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with can‑do mentality, hands‑on and solution‑oriented approach
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required
