Job Summary
As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will drive channel marketing strategy, tactics, and support for select public safety distributor partners across APAC. Working closely with Strategic Account Sales and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute channel marketing programs, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives that accelerate growth across the ALS product portfolio and drive public adoption. You will lead annual and quarterly strategic planning with distributor partners, manage day-to-day channel communications, and champion the successful launch and promotion of new products and marketing initiatives within the ALS portfolio. As an innovative, results-oriented problem solver, you will build strong partner relationships and deliver impactful marketing programs that support business growth.
Essential Functions
Direct and manage all marketing-to-marketing activities between ZOLL and assigned top tier strategic distribution partners, fostering relationships to help drive the business.
Drive joint business and marketing planning with strategic Business Partners.
Lead Business Partner onboarding, capability development, training and annual BP Summits.
Manage and continuously enhance the Business Partner Portal to improve partner experience, communication, and access to sales and marketing resources.
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including sales kits, playbooks, competitive intelligence, product positioning, and marketing collateral to support Business Partners.
Develop channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the extended marketing team and sales.
Collaborate with Sales and the regional marketing team to execute channel marketing strategies across APAC.
Support Business Partner recruitment, onboarding and market expansion where required.
Build and maintain strong communication with Business Partners to ensure alignment, engagement and execution excellence.
Create high-impact and engaging presentations and support sales field activities.
Lead special projects and programs that benefit from channel marketing involvement.
Establish and lead the APAC Accredited Business Partner Program, including Elite Partner development.
Measure Business Partner performance, share best practices, and continuously improve partner engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Manage a defined portion of the ALS product portfolio, working closely with Global Product Management and the APAC Marketing team to support product readiness, launches, market needs and commercial execution across the region.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
6-10 years marketing experience; ideally working with distribution channels
required and with preference given to the medical technology marketing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong experience in content development, promotion ideation and working with cross-functional and internal teams.
Self-starter with in-depth knowledge of current channel marketing strategies and techniques.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills
Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation skills
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
Ability to work effectively as a team member to achieve organization goals.
