The appointee will provide daily support to the operations of the UG programs, including but not limited to liaising with internal departments/units and external parties, handling correspondence, making arrangements for meetings, organizing events, managing projects, dealing with enquiries, and carrying out ad hoc duties as assigned. The appointee will also participate in the development of content for social media platforms, including writing posts, creating interactive graphics and videos, and boosting social media exposure. Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent is required.
Applicants should hold a recognized degree and excellent communication skills, as the role requires considerable liaison with staff, faculty, and active collaboration with UG students. The successful candidates should be flexible, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be willing to work outside normal office hours and off-campus when required. The appointee should be mature, self-motivated, and capable of exercising good judgment and making decisions. They should also be able to respond promptly and sensitively to people at all levels and with diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and coordination skills and be able to work independently and under pressure in a busy environment. (Duration: 2 years)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
